Grand Opening of the Culture Palace in Bouar!

The Asmara and Addis Ababa literary festival was the beginning of a beautiful evening at the Ixel Library. Today was the grand opening of the Culture Palace in Bouar!

Thanks to the novelist Suleiman Adouna and thanks to the participants from London, Oslo, New York, Addis Ababa, Asmara, Lagos, Rome and Brussels.
